Confidential
No one on our team reads your reflections. A small, named group of IT administrators has the technical ability to access the database only for safety, lawful compliance, or to recover your data at your request — and every privileged access is logged and reviewed through an approval process.
Anonymous where it counts
Your name is never attached to anything reviewed by a human. Aggregate patterns help us improve the guides; your identity stays separate from what you write.
Passwordless sign-in
We use magic links sent to your email — no password to remember, leak, or reuse. Sessions are short-lived, per-device, and revocable from your account at any time.
Enterprise-level encryption
Reflections are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) — the same standards used by financial and healthcare providers. Backups are encrypted too.
A gift, not a product
Adaptive Soul is sponsored so it can remain a gift to you. We never sell or share your data. We only refer you toward trusted Christian counseling or coaching when you ask for it. No fees are earned from referring resources.
Guide reporting & formation items
Only your agree/disagree selections are sent to Google Gemini to generate your guide — without your name, email, or any of the words you write in reflection fields. Written notes stay on your device unless you choose to save them to an account. We do not use OpenAI, third-party analytics, or ad trackers, and your data is never used to train AI models.
You stay in control
You can delete your account and all associated reflections at any time from your account page. Deletion is permanent.
