Spiritual Life Reflection Guide

How is it with your soul?

A quiet pause to notice where God is tending you.

Welcome. There's nothing to prepare, nothing to prove. Just a slow walk, with the Spirit's help, through how things are between you and God right now.
— For the soul God loves and is still forming.

Anonymous. About 10–15 minutes. Yours to walk through at your own pace. What is spiritual formation? · Choose a different path

A word to begin

"Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."

— Psalm 139:23–24

Opening prayer

Holy Spirit, You are welcome here. Quiet the noise within me. Search my heart with Your kindness, and show me what You see. Where I am tempted to perform or hide, give me courage to be honest. Where I am weary, meet me with rest. Lead me, gently, into what is true — and into the next step You have for my soul. In Jesus' name, amen.

Before you begin

A posture for this time

A few gentle invitations to carry with you:

Wherever you find yourself today, you are loved and known. God is not surprised by your questions, your weariness, or your wandering — and He is already drawing you closer.

Posture — how to come

  • 🪞 Radical Honesty

Set aside the soul you wish you had and answer as the soul you actually carry today. The Spirit can only meet you where you are.

  • 🌿 Curiosity, Not Judgment

Wherever you land is an invitation, not a verdict. The Spirit meets you in honesty, not performance — there is no wrong place to begin.

Practice — what to expect

  • ⏳ Time

About 10–15 minutes of unhurried reflection. The Spirit's slower work continues in the days that follow.

  • 🕊️ Safe & Anonymous

This stays between you and God. Your answers are saved on this device — yours to keep, share, or set down.

  • 🌱 Well-being

This is a guide for spiritual reflection — not a replacement for the people who walk closely with you. A trusted pastor, friend, or counselor remains a gift alongside it.

Protection — where you stand

  • 🛡️ Vigilance

Scripture is honest that there is real spiritual opposition. Stay awake, stay rooted, stay dependent. The Shepherd you follow has already overcome.

No sign-in needed. Take a breath, invite the Spirit, and we'll start by simply noticing where you are.
