1. Who we are

Adaptive Soul ("the Service") is operated by My Consigliere ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Service you ("you", "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Adaptive Soul provides an AI-guided reflection experience and supporting resources for Christian leaders integrating faith with leadership. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have appropriate authority to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • upload malware or attempt to compromise security, scrape, or probe systems;
  • misuse AI-generated content (no illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or attempts to bypass safety controls);
  • resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reflections and outputs are generated with the help of AI and are provided for general spiritual and leadership reflection only. They are not professional spiritual direction, counselling, legal, financial, or medical advice. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use them and for verifying anything you rely on. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, written content, and branding, is owned by My Consigliere and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Pricing

Adaptive Soul is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, pricing and payment terms will be published before any charge is made, and our Refund Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
