A seven-part reflection series
Good Neighbors at Work
Relationships, Tension & the Inner Life of Leadership
"Love one another as I have loved you." (John 13:34)John 13:34
Work is deeply relational. Even when our roles revolve around strategy, systems, operations, and outcomes, much of leadership is still shaped by ordinary human interactions.
Conversations. Misunderstandings. Tension. Competition. Encouragement. Trust. Repair. Presence.
What feels like a workplace issue is often also revealing something happening beneath the surface of the soul.
This series is not about becoming endlessly agreeable or conflict-avoidant. It is about becoming more attentive to what God may be forming in us through our relationships, reactions, leadership presence, and workplace culture.
Series introduction
Few things shape the atmosphere of an organization more than the inner life of its leaders.
These six parts are an invitation to bring your everyday work — its tensions, its triangles, its quiet comparisons, its weight — honestly before God.
Walk through them at whatever pace lets you stay attentive: six days, six weeks, or unhurried inside a retreat. The goal is not to finish, but to be with God in what He is forming.
