Part 6 of 7 Becoming a Good Neighbor at Work

Part 6 of 6

Becoming a Good Neighbor at Work

Opening reflection

Gentleness is not weakness. It is strength that no longer needs to dominate. It tells the truth without humiliation. It refuses to let another person's reactivity determine its posture.

Leadership is never only about outcomes. It is also about how people are loved, dignified, encouraged, strengthened, protected, and shaped along the way.

The way of Jesus forms leaders who bless people. Not perfectly. But intentionally.

Scripture

"Love one another as I have loved you."

John 13:34
