A seven-part reflection series
Valleys of Leadership
Faithfulness in Lean & Uncertain Seasons
"My grace is sufficient for you." (2 Corinthians 12:9)2 Corinthians 12:9
Some leadership seasons feel fruitful and full. Others feel thin. Heavy. Uncertain. Quiet.
The pressure becomes personal. Payroll. Responsibility. Debt. Disappointing numbers. Difficult decisions. Fear of letting people down.
This series is for leaders walking through lean seasons. Not to offer quick fixes — but to help create space for honesty, surrender, courage, and faithful presence with God.
Series introduction
Lean seasons reveal what fuller seasons can hide.
These six parts are a quiet companion for the wilderness — a place to bring the weight, the fear, the unsaid grief, and the daily ache to the One who meets us there.
Take them at whatever pace your soul can bear. Six days, several weeks, or one long retreat — the goal is not completion but presence with God in the valley.

Who might you walk through this with?
A trusted friend, mentor, truth-teller, spouse, small group leader or member can help deepen reflection, prayer, and discernment along the way. If you feel led, you can also connect with a Christian coach.
