Part 5 of 7 Discerning Under Pressure

Part 5 of 6

Discerning Under Pressure

Opening reflection

Pressure changes the atmosphere of leadership. Fear narrows perspective. Urgency distorts wisdom. Anxiety can make every decision feel final.

Yet discernment in difficult seasons is not about eliminating pressure. It is about learning not to let pressure become the loudest voice.

Scripture

"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts."

Colossians 3:15
