1	When the Path Ahead Is Not Clear	"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."Proverbs 3:5–6	Resist forcing clarity. Become aware of God's presence in the waiting.
2	Preparing the Heart Before the Decision	"Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts."Psalm 139:23	Notice what the heart is gripping. Offer outcomes back with open hands.
3	Listening Together Without Grasping	"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry."James 1:19	Make room for quieter voices and the truth we'd rather not hear.
4	The Role of Silence in Leadership	"Be still, and know that I am God."Psalm 46:10	Let silence reveal what hurry has been hiding.
5	Discerning Under Pressure	"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts."Colossians 3:15	Don't let pressure become the loudest voice. Choose peace, not panic.
6	Walking Forward Without Full Certainty	"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."Psalm 119:105	Enough light for the next faithful step is enough.
